Just Another Day...

So today has been another long ass day! The "Man" is still tryin to keep me down, haha! But I gotta keep it moving... I got back to Vegas on the 26th, but still haven't had a chance to unpack. I finally got around to doing it today, while trying to get inspired to think of new ideas. We've got an 80's inspired theme coming soon so I'm trying to keep my brain working during this active holiday season. Be on the lookout!

Decided to listen to a few track from the Miami Vice 12" LP to get in the 80's mindset...

Another Long Day...

I think I've been up for about 24hours. I had a full shift at the day job, then off to the airport to fly out from Vegas to San Diego to meet up with Khadj. After delayed flights and broken baggage claims, we finally made it up to LA to hit the Crooks & Castles Holiday Party... Shouts to Dj Slyed, Dennis, Emil, and the whole Crooks & Castles fam.

Bang Your Head

Who remembers a group called Quiet Riot? I was like 6 years old or something when this song "Metal Health" came out. I remember one of my grade school teachers rocking out to this while we were on recess or something and I asked who it was. My teacher told me who it was and I told my pops about it. Like a week later I had the vinyl picture disc in my possession. Even though pops was a motown dude he was still open to whatever and thats where I get my steez from, thanks again!!! We are fans of good shit, whatever it may be so we're always open to new music, new fashion, new art, etc. We don't "hate" just to be down or to be apart of the cool crowd, fuck that, it'll never happen! With that said, we are going to drop our "1980's" collection real soon and I swear, you better be ready for some real eclectic ideas and designs because Sneak Attack is about to bring it to you. Over the next few weeks we will be dropping hints and sneak peeks leading up to the February/March drop. We just got here and we ain't going nowhere so stay tuned got dammit!!!

IT'S MONDAY!!!

Things moved pretty smoothly this weekend. Everything has been completed minus the sky blue "Bang Bang" tee which still has to get the tags sewn in. Rod.d has been having a few issues with the spots in Vegas (come on y'all, stop giving my man a hard time!!). Seems like I misplaced the charger for my cybershot so there's no pics to show of the 5&A Dime 1 year anniversary and online launch party that happened on Saturday. The crowd was jumping and everyone was in full effect, you had giveaways from UNIV, Fiberops, Willys Workshop (thanks for the birdhouse board Willy, my son is going to love that joint!) and a few from yours truly. Props also go to Jay from 5&A for the numerous shoutouts prior to giving away our merchandise, nice!! (they'll catch on real soon buddy). Always remember, whether you are a part of the independent art, fashion or music world "The Subculture is Strong" and it will never die!!

A 1DERFUL DAY, WELL ALMOST

This is our very first entry into the "blog" world. Seems cool so far, but who knows what this online diary (as we liek to call it) will bring us. Let me first introduce myself. My name is, Khadji, and I am 1/2 of Sneak Attack and also an artist, entrepeneur, music man and all around good guy, right:) My partner in crime, Rod.D, also happens to be my lil' bro and he's a multi talented cat also, so I guess thats double trouble!! Long story short, we both were born and raised in Detroit (Murder City) and after life took us in a different direction, I moved to San Diego and he moved to Las Vegas and thats a wrap. So now lets talk about the brand. Sneak Attack was born late last year in a effort to "sneak" up on the streetwear culture and to offer a product that is not only visually appealing but also encompasses some substance. Sure, we like alot of shit out there but we just see things a little differently, so if you down with us, then you will also see shit our way. Our tagline is "They Never Saw Us Coming!" and with what we have to offer now and in the future, we will live up to that and then some. So on to some news...

In our first collaborative effort, Sneak Attack teams up with Zero Skateboards to bring you some ill shit!! Well almost anyway:( The printer fucked up and 144 of our very first official run was printed on Zero's labeled garments (check the pics below). So even though its not a collab, it kinda is, haha. Rest assured our printer hooked shit up for us and reprinted our joints though, so we will hold on to a few of these for future reference (ebay maybe! when we get popular! sike)

See ya manana!
